At the stoves of Asie Moderne, Chef YunShan cultivates a rare craft: more than 35 years of experience devoted to gourmet cuisine, made exclusively from fresh produce. A graduate of the Yunnan culinary school in Kunming, he laid there the foundations of a cuisine true to its roots.
His menu draws on recipes originating from different Chinese ethnic traditions — a culinary heritage of immense richness that he brings to the table far beyond the usual standards. Every dish is either finely reinvented or an original creation born of his inspiration.
Settled in Koerich, a few steps from the castle, the restaurant keeps a family spirit: a warm, multilingual welcome, generous portions, and the simple pleasure of hosting that has kept our guests coming back for more than ten years.
